HR Advisor

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a culture driven business, that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis.

This role will be based in Bradford, and will be on site 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between -20 - -22 per hour as well as holiday pay.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Support on the backlog of long-term sickness absences
• Providing support to line managers and senior leaders regarding absence cases
• Work with the individuals to support them returning to work

The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;

• Proven experience of managing complex employee relations cases, especially sickness
• Be highly organised and strong communication skills
• Be available immediately
