This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the organisation.Main Purpose of the Role:To deliver a comprehensive HR advisory service, providing professional support, guidance, and expertise on all HR matters, in line with employment legislation, organisational policies, and best practice.Key Responsibilities:Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and conditions of service (local and national)Provide case management support, including investigations, hearings, and complex employee relations mattersPartner with managers to address issues such as absence, conduct, performance, and grievance casesContribute to the delivery of organisational development, resourcing, talent management, and employee experience initiativesEnsure compliance with employment law, codes of practice, and internal policiesPromote best practice, positive employee relations, and organisational effectivenessEssential Skills and Experience:CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered CIPD MembershipStrong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceProven experience as a generalist HR ..... full job details .....
