Hr AdvisorPertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a key client of ours based in Basingstoke. This is going to be an ongoing position for the next 6 months with the possibility to turn to a permanent position.Responsibilities as a HR Advisor:- Working with management to communicate HR polices and procedure and provide advise for situations- Dealing with employee queries and supporting the Head of HR with daily activities.- Assist with recruitment from end to end- Participate in employee investigations- Provide support and take notes at grievance and disciplinary hearings- Maintain electronic personnel filling systems- Actively participate in HR meetings and projects- Assist with payroll informationRequirements:- Previous experience within HR- Self sufficient- Proficient with Microsoft- Available to start within the next few weeks- Great attention to detail- CIPD qualification is desirableThe HR Advisor Role:- 6-month contract- 15 - 17 per hour depending on experience- Monday - Friday- Hybrid working (3-4 days in the office)- 37.5 hours a week (flexible start times between 8 and 10am)If you are interested in this HR Advisor position, please contact Jemma at Pertemps or apply below. ..... full job details .....
