Client DetailsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven business at the forefront of sustainable energy, where HR plays a key role in shaping culture, supporting operational delivery, and driving people initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Based in Moray with a UK remit. DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases Coaching and supporting managers to drive effective people management and engagement Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupporting HR projects aligned to growth, culture and continuous improvement Maintaining accurate HR data and providing insight through reporting ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor roleStrong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER case managementAbility to build strong relationships across operational teamsProactive, solutions-focused with a hands-on approachCIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable Job OfferCompetitive salary up to 45,000 per annum.
