Currently partnering with a forward-thinking organisation in the renewable energy sector to appoint an HR Advisor to support their continued growth across Scotland.

Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Coaching and supporting managers to drive effective people management and engagement
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting HR projects aligned to growth, culture and continuous improvement
- Maintaining accurate HR data and providing insight through reporting
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER case management
- Ability to build strong relationships across operational teams
- Proactive, solutions-focused with a hands-on approach
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable
Job Offer
- Competitive salary up to -45,000 per annum. DOE
