Part-Time HR AdvisorLocation: Maidstone (Office-based) Hours: 3 days per week - Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am-5:00pm Salary: 38,000 FTE (pro rata)We are working with a growing and dynamic organisation based in Maidstone, who are looking to recruit a Part-Time HR Advisor to support their expanding workforce.This is a fully office-based role, working three full days per week (Monday-Wednesday), and would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with managers and employees.The RoleReporting into the senior HR team, the HR Advisor will provide generalist HR support across the business, including:Advising managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance issuesSupporting recruitment, onboarding and probation processesEnsuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislationAssisting with HR projects and initiatives aligned to business growthMaintaining accurate employee records and HR documentationActing as a trusted point of contact for HR queriesAbout YouMinimum 3 years'' experience in a generalist HR roleStrong working knowledge of UK employment lawConfident advising managers and handling ER matters end to endHighly organised with excellent communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing businessCIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essentialif you are interested in the role, please apply now with your ..... full job details .....
