You ll play a key role in supporting the College s people function, with a particular focus on managing employee relations and working closely with managers to deliver a high-quality HR service, contributing to the successful delivery of our People Strategy. This is an exciting time to join the College, recently recognised as a Construction Technical Excellence College for Yorkshire and the Humber region, with ambitious plans for further expansion and development. We re looking for a HR professional who is confident, approachable and solutions-focused, with previous experience in a busy advisory role.
