HR Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join a busy, highly customer-focused HR team supporting a well-established organisation operating across multiple sites with more than 500 employees. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day delivery of a professional and effective HR service, supporting Directors, Managers and employees across the business. This is a varied, hands-on HR position that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing practical HR advice while also ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and administration. As HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Providing professional advice and guidance to Managers and employees on a wide range of HR and employee relations matters. Supporting the business in accordance with current employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice. Assisting with employee relations matters and ensuring appropriate processes and procedures are followed. Supporting recruitment activity and associated HR administration. Preparing accurate employee correspondence, documentation and reports. Maintaining electronic employee files and ensuring HR records are accurate and up to date. Maintaining and analysing HR spreadsheets and data, producing clear and accurate information when required. Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
