HR Advisor Part-Time (Human Resources Advisor) Part-Time 21 Hours Per Week Permanent £18,000 per annum (£30,000 FTE) Hybrid Working Birmingham Essential Requirements Please only apply if you have: Previous experience working as an HR Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, HR Officer, People Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and flexible working cases. Experience up to and including dismissal. Strong working knowledge of current Employment Law and ACAS guidance. Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administration activities. CIPD qualification, CIPD membership or equivalent HR experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
