HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a varied, hands-on role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? MSV, the UKs leading motorsport circuit operator, is looking for a Group HR Advisor to join our Group HR team, based at the iconic Donington Park Circuit.This is a fantastic new opportunity to play a key role in supporting our venues and teams across the UK with employee relations, HR policy, wellbeing, and more, all within a unique and exciting motorsport setting.In this role you will:Provide comprehensive HR support across the MSV Group, working closely with managers and employees to deliver pragmatic advice and guidance on all aspects of HRAdvise on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence managementSupport and coach managers through formal processes and hearingsEnsure legal compliance and consistency in the application of HR policies and proceduresMonitor absence and support wellbeing and return-to-work plansHelp shape and deliver HR training sessions to upskill managersAssist with policy development and compliance with employment law and data protectionContribute to wider HR initiatives, projects, and recruitment events across the groupBe based at Donington Park, and regular travel to other MSV circuits will be required to maintain strong relationships and provide visible, proactive HR support.For this role you will have / be:Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, with case management experienceExcellent working knowledge of UK employment lawA confident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsHighly organised with the ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesDetail-oriented with excellent administrative skillsExcellent standard of written and spoken EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office and HR systemsIn addition, any of the following would be an advantage:A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)Experience working in hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar fast-paced sectorsBackground in a multi-site or group roleIn return MSV offer:Competitive pay + benefitsUp to 31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)A staff pass enabling both yourself and a guest to attend all events at MSV venues (Including BSB and BTCC)Access to our MSV Hub, giving you access to discounts at 100s of shops across the UKDiscounted food and drink when working on siteTraining opportunitiesA workplace pensionFree parkingThis role will be full time with an on site requirement and a base at the Donington Park Circuit Office.
