Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental to the HR lifecycle providing support and advice to management and employees throughout the business. This is a permanent position of 37.5 hours per week with a fantastic salary of up to £40,000.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support management in advising on HR policy and proceduresAdhere and monitor compliance with regulation and legislation of industry standards to ensure health and safety of employeesBe key point of contact for employees on contractual, benefits, salary, and ER queriesAdvise Management on policies and procedures to include: performance management, grievances, disciplinaries, and employment legislationBe an active point of support for all matters in terms of employee relations as well as immigration issuesOversee and assess long term absencesContribute to preparation of employee tribunal informationCoordinate exit interviewsAssist in the recruitment process through understanding Hiring Manager s requirements to write job descriptions and source suitable candidatesMaintain candidate information to the HR system and coordinate interviewsBe a key point of support in complex compensation and benefits queries and issuesProvide support to the wider HR Team and divisional managers in project work as neededEnsure consistent maintenance in knowledge and understanding of ..... full job details .....
