HR Advisor

Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £17 per hour (Umbrella)Duration: 6 months HR Advisor opportunity with our client, a regulatory body. They are seeking a proactive and focused HR Advisor to support the people centre team for a 6 month period. The successful candidate will be able to operate in a challenging, fast paced environment.Key Responsibilities Deliver efficient HR support to employees across the UK. Serve as the first point of contact for employee lifecycle queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs and KPIs. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Manage and allocate HR queries through the cloud based email system. Coordinate onboarding activities using iTrent. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures. Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Support the People Centre Manager with audits. Maintain and update accurate employee records within the HR system. Process leavers and contractual changes in line with payroll deadlines and statutory obligations. Produce key MI to People and Estates team as well as adhoc requests using People Centre Power BI dashboard.Essential Requirements HR administration and onboarding experience in a fast-paced environment.
