As an HR Advisor, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to schools on a broad range of people issues, helping leaders navigate complex employee relations matters with confidence. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will respond to queries via telephone, email and virtual meetings, delivering timely, accurate and pragmatic HR advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. Assist with recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to organisational standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Advise on employment law and best practices to support decision-making.
