HR Advisor
The HR Advisor role in Glasgow will see you managing day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of people processes. You''ll play a key part in handling employee relations, supporting recruitment, and maintaining compliance within the business services industry. Client Details This company operates within the business services sector and is based in Glasgow. Description Provide advice and support on employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary procedures. Assist with recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new employees. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain and update HR records and systems accurately. Support managers with workforce planning and development initiatives. Coordinate and deliver training and development programmes. Handle HR reporting and analysis to inform business decisions. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Profile A successful HR Advisor should have: Previous experience in a generalist HR role within the business services sector. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent organisational and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
