Due to the nature of this sector, this role is a fully-office based role. Description The role of HR Advisor is a busy, fast-paced, generalist role, supporting a Senior HR Business Partner and working across a wide range of stakeholders at this busy manufacturing site. Duties will include but not limited to: Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
