      <description>Location: Solihull | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | HR Advisor  Manufacturing  Solihull  Fully Office based role   Client Details   Michael Page are delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing business based in Solihull with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a fast-paced and busy HR team.  Due to the nature of this sector, this role is a fully-office based role.   Description   The role of HR Advisor is a busy, fast-paced, generalist role, supporting a Senior HR Business Partner and working across a wide range of stakeholders at this busy manufacturing site.  Duties will include but not limited to:   Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.  Support the continuous improvement, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures within the organisation.  Support with recruitment processes  Assist in performance management and appraisals to ensure employee development and alignment with company goals.
