As an HR Advisor in Harrogate, you''ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations within the not-for-profit sector. From handling employee relations to ensuring HR policies are followed, you''ll help the organisation run smoothly and effectively.

Description

• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
• Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration where required.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes.
• Deliver training sessions on HR-related topics to staff and managers.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• will have experience of Employee Relations
• Previous experience in an HR advisory or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• A CIPD qualification or working towards one would be beneficial.

Job Offer

• Salary -27,518
• 35 days of leave, including a Christmas shutdown period.
• Permanent position based in Harrogate.
