HR AdvisorManufacturingNottinghamHybridClient DetailsMichael Page are delighted to be partnering with a Nottingham based organisation to support with the appointment of a HR Advisor role to join a busy team.This role can offer hybrid working with circa 1 day per week from home.DescriptionWorking as part of a small HR team, based at a busy industrial site in Nottingham, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role.Duties will include but not limited to:Provide guidance and support on HR policies and proceduresManage a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.Coach and upskill managers regarding people mattersCoordinate recruitment activities and onboardingSupport with organisational change projects Provide accurate HR reporting and analysis to support decision-makingSupport with HR projects and initiatives as and when requiredProfileIdeal applicants for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor, ideally within a similar sector such as manufacturing, logistics, construction etcJob OfferCompetitive salary up to circa 38kExcellent career progression and development opportunitiesHybrid working available - circa 1 day per week from ..... full job details .....
