Description    Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law.  Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertising, shortlisting, and conducting interviews.  Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.  Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing contracts.  Support managers in implementing performance management systems and processes.
