HR Advisor - Permanent MCS Group delighted to be working with a leading FinTech organisation based in Belfast who are looking to add an HR Advisor to their team.The RoleWe are recruiting for a HR Advisor to support the delivery of a professional and efficient HR service across the business. Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide advice and support on a range of people matters while helping to deliver an excellent employee experience. Main ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and people-related matters.Support on boarding, off boarding and employee life cycle processes.Assist with employee relations issues, absence management and general HR administration.Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.Produce HR reports and workforce data to support business decision-making.Support compliance, audit and record-keeping requirements.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, process improvements and HR projects.Build strong working relationships across the organisation and promote a positive workplace culture. The Ideal CandidateDegree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related field.Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or HR Advisor position.Good understanding of HR practices and UK employment legislation.Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Excel.Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering a high-quality employee ..... full job details .....
