Founded in Manchester, the group manages the whole property lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to leasing, operation and asset management. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Advisor who will help us support and develop our people. Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on day to day HR queries across the group Provide clear, practical advice on policies, contracts and employment procedures Support employee relations casework, including absence, disciplinary and grievance matters, and take accurate notes at meetings Support the recruitment and payroll team with all aspects of the onboarding process. Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every new starter and leaver has a smooth experience Remain up to date with all employment legislation Maintain accurate employee records and keep the HR system up to date Prepare HR reports on headcount, absence and turnover for managers Support probation reviews, performance processes and annual HR cycles Help promote employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion ..... full job details .....
