This is a genuinely varied generalist opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys being visible within the business, partnering closely with managers and getting involved in far more than purely reactive employee relations. With a sizeable operational and shopfloor population, 24/7 operations and plenty of organisational change taking place, you''ll be joining an environment where HR has a genuine impact on day-to-day performance and the wider people agenda. The Role Working closely with managers and the wider People team, you will provide pragmatic HR advice, coaching and guidance across a broad range of operational and strategic people matters.
