HR Advisor

Macildowie are working with this client based in North Leicestershire to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for an immediate start.This is an interim opportunity, initially for 5 weeks, supporting the business during a busy period whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. There is potential for the role to become permanent for the right individual.Salary: £35,000 FTEContract Type: Interim (5 weeks initially)Working Pattern: Hybrid workingHours: 30 hours per week (ideally across 5 days, but 4 days considered)This is a hands-on, generalist HR role where you will support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.Key responsibilities will include:Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers Managing a range of ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances and absence Supporting organisational change activity, including restructures and redundancies Assisting with policy updates and ensuring best practice Working closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent HR delivery The ideal candidate will:Be immediately available or on a very short notice period Have proven experience in a generalist HR Advisory role Demonstrate strong ER knowledge, including redundancies and restructures Be confident working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards (not essential) This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied role and can quickly add value. ..... full job details .....
