Hr Advisor

3 Month FTC | Immediate Start | Hybrid Working
We''re supporting a well-established professional services organisation in the search for an experienced HR Services Advisor to join the team on a 3-month fixed-term basis.

This is a varied, client-facing role providing practical HR advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations and employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to clients across a range of industries.
• Manage a variety of Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance matters.
• Deliver commercially focused, practical employment law guidance.
• Review and update HR documentation, policies and letters.
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an excellent advisory service.
• Maintain accurate case records and work within agreed service levels.

About You

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor role.
• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 and above)
