You will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees and leaders and play a key role in shaping and delivering the HR strategy, ensuring they attract, develop and retain the talent needed for future success. Key responsibilities will include: Provide a proactive, solutions-focused HR service, empowering managers to confidently lead their teams. Manage ER cases involving performance, discipline, and grievance. Serve as first point of contact for all HR matters. Lead/collaboratively support HR and LandD projects. Build relationships with external organisations to strengthen employer brand visibility. The successful candidate will have: CIPD qualification (ideally). Extensive generalist HR experience, ideally within a global fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation. Comfortable analysing HR data and dashboards to inform decisions.
