This role is with a company based in the transport and distribution industry in Leeds.

Description

• Provide generalist HR support, offering guidance on policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including handling queries and supporting investigations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, from job advertising to onboarding new hires.
• Support managers with performance management processes and documentation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address workforce planning and development needs.
• Provide support for learning and development activities across the organisation.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor / Junior BP should have:

• A background in HR, with a good understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Experience in providing advice on employee relations and HR policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.

Job Offer

• A salary of -35,000 to -40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
