We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in North Somerset, who are recruiting for a permanent HR Advisor. The position is due to start as soon as possible ( subject to notice). The role is part time 26 hours per week,£26,546 per annum (£37,778 per annum FTE) and offers flexible hybrid working and working hours. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record effectively handling an ER caseload. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Manage end-to-end absence cases, including short- and long-term sickness, ensuring compliance with policy and supporting return-to-work processesHandle a varied ER caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and conduct issues in line with employment law and company policyAdvise and coach line managers on ER matters to build their confidence and capability in handling people issues effectivelyPrepare documentation for hearings and formal meetings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to procedural requirementsSupport HR data reporting, identifying trends in absence and ER cases to inform proactive interventionsPromote early intervention and resolution, encouraging informal resolution of issues where appropriate to minimise risk and maintain positive employee relations Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Absence management Employee Relations Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid workingFlexible working days and timesWork anniversary off as leave Enhanced pensionLandD ..... full job details .....
