Permanent Huntingdon £35,000 per annumMonday to Friday 8am 5pm (1 day working from home)We are looking for an experienced People and Culture Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) experience to provide HR advice and support across the business.Key Responsibilities Manage and advise on a range of ER cases, from day-to-day issues through to more complex cases.Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation and performance management processes.Provide practical advice on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.Monitor ER casework, identify trends and provide updates to the People and Culture Business Partner.Support onboarding, contracts, HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.Maintain accurate HR records and HR systems.Support employee engagement activities and wider People and Culture projects.
