The RoleWorking closely with senior managers across the business, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance while supporting the development and implementation of people strategies that drive engagement, performance and organisational success. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with managers to provide pragmatic HR advice across all employee relations matters.Leading on complex casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.Supporting organisational change projects, restructures and workforce planning.Coaching and developing managers to build confidence in people management.Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for key hires.Identifying training and development needs and contributing to learning initiatives.Reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation.Analysing HR data and trends to support business decisions and continuous improvement.Contributing ..... full job details .....
