We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Advisor to join our HR team and support managers and employees across the business. About the Role This is a varied and rewarding role where you will provide proactive HR support across a range of employee relations matters. Working closely with managers, you will help ensure our people practices are applied consistently, fairly and in line with employment legislation and company policies. Key Responsibilities  Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management cases.
