This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who is looking to build their employee relations experience, broaden their commercial HR exposure and develop towards a future HR Business Partner role. Supporting a diverse, multi-site workforce, you''ll work closely with managers across a wide range of operational and specialist teams, providing practical HR advice while developing your own expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. This role would suit an experienced HR Assistant or Senior HR Assistant ready to step into an Advisor position, or an existing HR Advisor looking for a new challenge and genuine long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities Manage a range of employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and investigation cases. Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers. Coach and support managers in handling people issues effectively and confidently. Build strong relationships across multiple locations and varied employee groups. Prepare HR documentation and maintain accurate case records.
