HR Advisor, Birkenhead (3-6 months FTC)Hybrid/Office based£38,000-£40,000You must be able to start work no later than 1st September 2026HR Recruit is partnering with an organisation under going a period of charge and are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to join an existing HR team and support them with some restructure work for 3-6 months.The main focus of the role is to support organisational change consultations and work with managers and stakeholders to deliver change programmes effectively and in line with employment legislation. The role will also take ownership of a broad range of employee relations casework, including performance management, absence management, disciplinary matters and grievances, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice throughout. This is not high volume.Candidates must demonstrate strong employment law knowledge and have previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role, with the confidence to manage complex cases and support organisational change activity in a fast-paced environment.The role will be office based whilst delivering the consultations (approx. 1 month) but hybrid work is allowed outside of delivering the consultations.The salary for the role is £38,000-£40,000.
