      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: 36000.00-36000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Part-Time HR Advisor, Glasgow13 months FTC, 22-24 hours per week£36,000-£50,000 (FTE)Hybrid  HR Recruit are working with an organisation in the engineering sector to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a maternity cover. Reporting into the MD, this is a hands-on, operational HR role supporting employees and line managers across the full employee lifecycle. There is support from an external HR Consultancy for this role. Key Responsibilities  Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and line managers, acting as a first point of contact for HR queries. Manage recruitment and onboarding activities, including adverts, offers, pre-employment checks and new starter arrangements. Support managers with probation, absence, performance and other routine employee relations matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR systems and documentation. Prepare HR letters, contracts, terms and conditions and other HR correspondence. Support annual pay reviews, bonus administration and HR benchmarking. Prepare HR reports and information for senior management. Support the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes and other reasonable HR activities as required.
