HR Advisor / HR Business Support (3 Month FTC / Temporary Assignment) Location: Grays, EssexSalary: £40,000 - £42,000 Contract: 3 MonthsHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next interim challenge? We are supporting a well established and fast paced organisation in their search for an experienced HR professional to provide hands on support during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, can hit the ground running and is confident supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters. The Role Working closely with the senior HR team, you will be responsible for providing practical, commercially focused HR support across the business. This role will have a strong focus on Employee Relations and will suit someone who is confident managing complex casework and building credibility with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities Managing a broad range of Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues. Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers on employment law, policies and procedures. Supporting investigations, hearings and outcome recommendations. Building effective relationships with managers, employees and Trade Union representatives. Advising on collective and individual consultation matters where required.
