HR Advisor Basic salary from 35,000 - 40,000 + Benefits Based near Chesterfield My client is a well respected international business providing automotive parts to a variety of types of customer. They are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to be based at their head office to be responsible for a variety of general HR functions, working as part of a small team. If you''re a hands on HR professional with a CIPD qualification and experience working in a generalist role we''d love to hear from you. The Role: Working Monday to Friday, this role supports 150 or so staff on this site at Chesterfield and also another 30 or so in another location, although travel isn''t necessary. Responsible for updating the HR systen and ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date as well as providing management information to the business. Helping to maintain and revise company policies to meet the changing needs of the business and legislative requirements. Maintain and input payroll data to ensure payments and deductions are accurate Advise, guide and support directors and managers relating to employee relations including welfare cases, tribunals and any TUPE transfers. Also working with them in the effective case management of people related issues such as disciplinary, performance management, grievance, absence management and organisational change.
