Your new roleReporting to the People Services Business Partner, you will deliver effective and commercially considered HR support to managers and employees across the organisation. A key focus of the position will be managing a varied employee relations caseload, including both routine and complex matters.Your key responsibilities will include: Managing employee relations cases involving disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, sickness absence, capability, performance and flexible working. Providing clear, practical advice to managers, identifying employment risks and recommending appropriate solutions. Coaching and supporting managers through performance management processes. Coordinating individual consultation processes, including restructures, redeployment, changes to terms and conditions, fixed-term contract endings Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and management guidance.
