An established and values-led organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their Human Resources / People team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor / HR officer to take on a varied generalist HR role where you will support managers and employees across the full employee life cycle while playing a key role in developing people capability across the business. Your new roleThis is an HR generalist position with responsibility for providing proactive HR support, guidance and advice across a range of people matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation and organisational development initiatives.Alongside the generalist HR responsibilities, the role has a significant Learning and Development focus. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training workshops, facilitating learning sessions, creating training materials and supporting the development of managers and employees. The role will involve both one-to-one coaching and group coaching, helping to build capability, confidence and performance across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
