Hays HR are delighted to be partnering with a leading scientific organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 6-month temporary assignment via Hays, with a base in Farnham, Surrey which will need visiting a few times per month / hybrid / home working for other activities.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team, providing hands-on support across a broad range of employee relations and occupational health activities. Working closely with HR Business Partners and managers across multiple sites, you''ll play a key role in delivering practical, solutions-focused HR Advisory support for ER Case work. Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations and CaseworkSupport and coaching to managers with a range of employee relations matters, including: Sickness absencePerformance and capabilityDisciplinary casesGrievancesLong term absence/sickness/muscular skeletal Probation-related concernsPrepare case documentation, correspondence and meeting paperwork.Maintain accurate case records and monitor agreed actions.Provide practical guidance on HR policies and procedures.Occupational Health and Employee WellbeingManage Occupational Health referrals from start to finish.Prepare referral documentation and management questions.Review Occupational Health reports and support managers with recommendations.Advise on workplace adjustments and return-to-work plans.Support both short and long-term absence management processes.Coordinate DSE assessments and follow up on ..... full job details .....
