      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;43000/annum &amp;pound;43k + bonus | Type: Permanent | Your new role   As People Services Advisor, this person will provide practical HR support to managers and employees, with a strong focus on ER, day-to-day queries and improving how People Services operates.The role combines hands-on HR delivery with an interest in using data, technology and AI to make processes simpler, more consistent and effective.   Experience using HR data, reporting and operational insight to spot themes, highlight risks and support better business decisions across the People function.  Strong involvement in global People projects, including change activity, reward and benefits, well-being, policy improvements, process change and HR systems work.
