This will include all areas of generalist HR, from Employee Relations/case management, absence management, recruitment, onboarding, resource planning, LandD activities, employee life cycle work, audit work, employee engagement; aswell as being involved in continuous improvements and project work.This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Officer/Coordinator to build their career further - or for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and successful team.NB this is a site-based role.
