      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: 20.00-20.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Due to increased workload, my client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide interim support to their HR Business Partnering team.Your new roleWorking remotely as part of a supportive HR function, you will provide HR advisory and employee relations support across a geographically dispersed workforce.Key responsibilities will include:Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence management casesSupporting investigations and providing guidance to investigating officersManaging Occupational Health referrals and associated processesAssisting with Subject Access Requests, including document redactionProviding guidance on probation, attendance, sickness absence and policy mattersDrafting HR correspondence and outcome lettersSupporting documentation management, filing and record retrievalAdvising on family leave, medical appointments, career breaks and other HR policiesWhat you''ll need to succeedPrevious experience working at HR Advisor levelStrong employee relations and case management experienceAbility to work independently within a remote environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCIPD Level 5 qualificati...</description>
