Your new role Working remotely as part of a supportive HR function, you will provide HR advisory and employee relations support across a geographically dispersed workforce. Key responsibilities will include: Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases Supporting investigations and providing guidance to investigating officers Managing Occupational Health referrals and associated processes Assisting with Subject Access Requests, including document redaction Providing guidance on probation, attendance, sickness absence and policy matters Drafting HR correspondence and outcome letters Supporting documentation management, filing and record retrieval Advising on family leave, medical appointments, career breaks and other HR policies What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience working at HR Advisor level Strong employee relations and case management experience Ability to work independently within a remote environment Excellent communication and stakeholder ma...
