This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and successful HR team and provide a comprehensive generalist HR service, reporting to the Site HR Business Partner. This will include all areas of generalist HR, from Employee Relations/case management, absence management, recruitment, onboarding, resource planning, L&D activities, employee life cycle work, audit work, employee engagement; aswell as being involved in continuous improvements and project work.
