HR Advisor/HR Business Partner2-Month Contract Hybrid WorkingYour new companyA leading media organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their People team on an initial two-month contract. Operating within a fast-paced and evolving environment, the business requires an HR professional with strong employee relations expertise to support managers through a period of organisational change and transformation.Your new roleReporting into the HR leadership team, you will provide expert HR advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, with a particular focus on redundancy programmes, consultation processes and employment law.This is a hands-on role where you''ll partner closely with managers, providing pragmatic and commercially focused guidance whilst ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a variety of employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence matters.Leading and supporting redundancy and organisational change programmes.Managing individual and collective consultation processes from planning through to implementation.Advising managers on employment law, HR policy and best practice.Coaching and supporting leaders to effectively manage people-related issues.Supporting restructures, organisational design and workforce planning activities.Preparing HR documentation, consultation materials and outcome letters.Ensuring ..... full job details .....
