You will manage a variety of employee relations cases while supporting ongoing HR projects and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional HR advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issuesSupport managers with case management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policyAssist in the delivery of HR projects and organisational change initiativesContribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR processesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessAbout YouProven experience in an HR Advisor or similar roleStrong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceConfident managing complex employee relations cases independentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCIPD qualification (Level 5 or ..... full job details .....
