We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our HR team in Barnstaple. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and wants to play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business.The role is full time Monday - Friday ideally 9am - 5.30pm but this can be flexible for the right person.Salary is around 32k - 35k depending on experience relevant to the role. This job is fully based in the office. No working from home.Your new role Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide professional HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with managers to deliver effective people solutions, support employee relations matters, and help ensure HR processes operate efficiently and compliantly.This is a broad generalist role, offering exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, engagement initiatives, learning and development, and continuous improvement projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations and AdvisoryProvide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.Support managers with employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and ..... full job details .....
