This dynamic Manchester-based business is continuing its impressive growth and is now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their friendly team on a part-time, basis. The Role As the company s go-to HR expert, you ll take the lead on all things people from day-to-day operations, administration and compliance, to employee engagement and culture. This is a hands-on, standalone role where you ll have the autonomy to shape processes, support managers, and champion a positive workplace environment. What you''ll be doing Oversee HR operations, policies, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance. Advise and support managers on HR best practice and employee relations. Lead on employee engagement, wellbeing, and development initiatives. Manage recruitment and onboarding to create a seamless new starter experience. Drive HR projects that enhance culture, retention, and team performance. Manage and maintain the internal HR system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date and managing absences / holidays / probations About you CIPD Level 5 qualified Experienced in a generalist HR role with strong UK employment law knowledge.
