If so, we have an opportunity for you!Join us as our HR Advisor, supporting our Transport Network within this hybrid opportunity with travel to operational sites. This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 to 17:00). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.What you''ll do on a typical day:Deliver generalist HR support across the contract, building trusted relationships at all levels and advising managers on best-practice people processesLead core HR procedures including absence, flexible working, probation, family-friendly policies, onboarding compliance, and cyclical processes such as salary review, bonus, and succession planningSupport employee relations and performance management, including PIPs, capability issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, welfare meetings, and OH referralsProduce accurate HR reporting while identifying opportunities ..... full job details .....
