Here at GXO, we''re recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our Rockingham operation in Corby. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, where you''ll deliver a professional HR service across the site, supporting managers and colleagues on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the wider People Team, you''ll play a key role in supporting employee relations activity, recruitment, engagement initiatives and the successful delivery of the site People Plan while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Pay, benefits and more: We''re offering a salary of £30,000.00 to £32,000.00 per annum, plus 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
