Working on-site, you''ll partner with managers to provide expert Employee Relations (ER) support, ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and compliantly while helping to create a positive employee experience.You''ll play a key role in managing ER cases, supporting absence management, delivering people-focused initiatives, using data to identify trends and drive improvements across the site.This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00 or 09:00 till 17:00.Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
