Here at GXO, we''re recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our Mountain Warehouse operation in Peterborough. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, where you''ll provide a proactive and commercially focused HR service, supporting managers and colleagues across a busy and growing logistics operation. Working closely with the HR Manager, you''ll help deliver the site People Plan, support employee engagement initiatives and ensure best-practice HR support is provided across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
